Principal Accountabilities Business Analysis : ﾧ Channel wise Health LOB data and analysis for Achievement against AOP target for all the retail channels. ﾧ Provide analysis on product mix , business mix , Sum insured Mix geography wise ﾧ Maintain Geography wise P& L and share with concern stakeholders ﾧ Publish Monthly Target Vs achievement metrics in terms of GWP , active agent , agent recruitment. ﾧ Publish Monthly business figures of Market insurer wise ﾧ Channel wise : Health Agent recruitment and activation report ﾧ Pay-out calculations monthly basis ﾧ Extremely good in MS Excel and Analysis UW and Claims Analysis : ﾧ UW Pendency report and TAT report ﾧ Channel wise Loss ratio analysis geography wise , IMD wise and product wise ﾧ Discuss actionable to control the loss ratio with channel head and business leaders Automation: ﾧ Automation of daily reports ﾧ Click sense automation as per business requirement Presentation ﾧ Coordinate with all channel for data points for LRP and AOP strategy making ﾧ Maintain management tracker and share with management on periodic basis Strategy ﾧ Explore profitable market and New town to enter, analysis on loss ratio and competition business model. ﾧ Benchmark with competition business strategy in terms of product, manpower, agent network ﾧ Share HR manpower data with NHOD grade wise to take decision in Hiring Show more Show less
