Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers and technicians to ensure smooth operation of mechanical systems in the Thermal Power plant Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all mechanical operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance and efficiency Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Provide technical guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts related to mechanical maintenance activities Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 7-12 years of experience in the industry Show more Show less
