Responsibility

Prepare Target Vs Achievement reports - RSM/ASM/ME/Party wiseTrack Daily Payments received - Party WiseTrack overdue statement - RSM/ASM/ME/Party wisePrepare Daily order received/punched data – RSM/ASM/ME/Party wiseFollow up with RSM/ASM on orders/payments etcFollow up on pending new customer creationAttend sales team/distributor calls on priority & resolve backend issueKeep track of sales schemes & maintain data for sameTrack all marketing support/posm allocated to assigned territoryFollow up with Finance team for any unresolved issue – CN/Payment/GR etcFollow up with WH team for pending dispatches/Priority dispatches etcPrepare & Maintain all relevant data to store digitally for easy accessIdentify operation gaps and close on daily basisGenerate reports of performance of individual team members and update managementUpdate weekly review formats to discuss during the meeting

Authority

Follow up with sales team for any relevant business information or communicationReview performance of the marketing executives and identify areas of improvement

Desirable Qualification And Experience

Degree in business administration with minimum 6 to 8 years of experience. Computer literate with good skills in using MS office tools like excel, word and PPT

Desirable Qualification And Experience

Any graduate with minimum 2-4 years of experience in Sales Coordination
