Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic

Associate Account Director – OOH

to lead client relationships and manage end-to-end execution of large-scale outdoor media campaigns. This role demands a deep understanding of the OOH landscape, strong media planning skills, and the ability to deliver high-impact, location-based brand activations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Lead relationships with key clients, ensuring delivery of high-quality campaigns that meet business and branding objectives.
  • Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop OOH media plans aligned with client briefs and campaign goals, incorporating innovation, location intelligence, and measurable outcomes.
  • Vendor & Media Partner Coordination: Liaise with OOH vendors, media owners, and site partners to negotiate the best rates and ensure quality execution.
  • Execution Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of OOH campaigns, including site selection, creative adaptation, production, installation, and audits.
  • Performance & Reporting: Track and analyse campaign effectiveness through site reports, visibility audits, and footfall studies; present detailed reports to clients.
  • New Business Development: Contribute to pitches and proposals for new OOH-led business opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep up-to-date with trends in OOH innovations, digital OOH (DOOH), transit, and experiential formats.

Key Requirements

  • 10–12 years of experience in OOH media planning and account management, preferably within a leading media or advertising agency.
  • Proven track record of executing high-budget OOH campaigns across cities and formats.
  • Strong understanding of urban media landscapes, consumer behaviour, and brand positioning in physical spaces.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, media, production, and research teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media Studies, or related fields.
  • Certifications in media planning or OOH technologies are a plus.
