Job Description : Assistant General Manager - Human Resources and Administration Position: AGM/DGM- Human Resources and Administration Location: Hyderabad Cluster Job Summary: The Assistant General Manager/ Deputy General Manager- Human Resources and Administration at Aurobindo Pharma Limited will lead and manage all HR and Administration functions at the Visakhapatnam cluster location, with a particular focus on industrial relations, trade unions, public relations and General Adminstration. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, capable of navigating complex labor relations, General Administration, Liasoning and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be adept at aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and promoting effective communication across the organization. Aligning and Cascading with Corporate HR & Administration business strategies and ensuring Statutory compliances. Qualifications: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA/M.H.R.M). Minimum of 18+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 15 years in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry. Extensive experience in industrial relations and working with trade unions. Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives. Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills. Superior communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of the latest HR trends and best practices. Public speaking and media handling skills.
