Role & responsibilities : To carry out regular inspection (shift) of laboratory and identify unsafe conditions. Manpower recruitment and arrangement of the required resources to Microbiology department. Ensure of resources, personnel, equipment and stationary for the Microbiology department. Superintendence of Microbiology department. Zero incidents and accidents with respect to EHS in the laboratory. Responsible for Good laboratory practices, SOPs and Online compliance activities to meet the current GLP and cGMP standards. Ensure CAPAs are established as per outcome of the investigations. Ensuring aseptic operations are carried out as per the defined procedure for sterility assurance. Responsible to encourage trainings, continuing education and motivation on cGMP.
