Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide HR advisory support to Managing Director and Department Managers on manpower planning, recruitment and organizational development
Manage employees life cycle, onboarding, skill development, performance management and off-boarding process.
Handle payroll processing, compensation & benefits and ensure all legal compliance will all related documents as per labor Act
Respond to employee queries and provide resolutions aligned with company policy and local legislation.
Support and engage with Management on HR matters such as disciplinary actions, grievances, performance review and contract renewals.
Liaise with HQ team on HR project development activities and contribute to define HR policy
Support CSR & HR activities
Maintain confidential documents and ensure effective record management
Manage and mentor HR & Admin team
Provide OJT, guidance and support to ensure team efficiency and growth
Coordinate with corporate secretary and relevant stakeholders as needed
ISO Audit, Internal & external Audit.
Development of company Regulations & Attendance Management.
Management of Expats permit and license applications
Arrangement of Flight, Hotels, and Transportation for business trips
Arrangement for VIP visits Hotel, Flight, Transportation, and Dinning etc.)
Management of internal events
Handling Report for TTC and TTIPL.

Basic requirements:

UG/PG graduation in Human Resources or related field
At least 6-8 years industrial experience
Solid understanding of labor laws and best HR practices
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
Gujarati/Hindi and English language proficiency
Knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other HR systems
Able to travel overseas for training or assignments if required
