Deputy General Manager – Finance & Accounts

Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join our EPC business as Deputy General Manager – Finance & Accounts . The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost and Works Accountant (CWA) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the EPC sector, including at least 5 years in a leadership role heading EPC Finance . Preferred Industry Experience: Prior experience in Power Transmission and Distribution EPC projects will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: Oversee project accounting and ensure accurate financial tracking across all EPC projects. Manage accounts receivable and payable , ensuring timely collections and payments. Monitor site-level financial operations and provide support to project teams. Coordinate closely with the business and operations teams . Coordination with Business team & Treasury team for LC (Letter of Credit) and BG (Bank Guarantee) management. Lead finalization of accounts and ensure compliance with statutory auditing requirements . Ensuring compliance with GST & TDS rules.
