Role: Deputy General Manager – Business Development

We are seeking an experienced and strategic BD leader to drive enterprise sales, lead high-value acquisitions, and expand Flipspaces’ presence across corporate and commercial clients. This is a senior individual contributor role with high visibility.


Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire large enterprise clients and lead strategic sales efforts.
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle: opportunity identification, solutioning, proposal development, negotiations, and closure.
  • Build and nurture long-term stakeholder and CXO-level relationships.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline with predictable forecasting.
  • Conduct deep requirement analysis and provide consultative solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, PMO, marketing, finance, and leadership teams.
  • Achieve revenue, profitability, and market expansion targets.
  • Deliver market intelligence, competitor insights, and growth opportunities.

Required Experience

  • 8–12 years in enterprise B2B sales, commercial real estate, workspace interiors, or solution-led consultative selling.
  • Strong track record in closing large, high-value deals with long sales cycles.
  • Established networks with IPCs, brokers, developers, or enterprise clients preferred.


Education

  • Postgraduate degree in Marketing or Business Management from a Tier 1 institute.


Skills

  • Strong leadership presence with strategic selling capability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • High business acumen and ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
