Job Summary:

Deputy Chief Finance Officer (Deputy CFO)

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning

Assist the CFO in developing and executing the organizations financial strategy.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
Analyze financial performance and advise senior management on risks and opportunities.

Financial Management & Reporting

Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and disclosures.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor cash flow, capital structure, and liquidity management.

Leadership & Team Development

Supervise, mentor, and develop finance team members to build capabilities and ensure high performance.
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the finance function.
