 Deputy Area Manager - DDF Wheels 
 Job Purpose 
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. The Deputy Area Manager serves as the first link of management between the field staff (executors) and upper management. The role requires effective communication and exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management. Responsible for delivering business AOP objectives for the assigned geography.  Duties and Responsibilities 
 Principal Accountabilities 
  • Achieve business numbers with the assigned line of channels, based on location and market potential.
  • People management (on-roll and off-roll)hiring, retention, and productivity.
  • Responsible for empanelment of new dealers and resource allocation.
  • Ensure process and documentation compliance, FI, agreement execution, and credit approval.
  • Hire, train, and develop the sales team to achieve targeted numbers.
  • Track, manage, and control PDD requirement compliance.
  • Demonstrate understanding of CRM, particularly Salesforce.com.
  • Effectively engage with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams.
  • Ensure TAT is maintained for case processing.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team towards achieving targets.
  • Conduct dealer events and competitions; design and launch competitions, identify winners, and conduct recognition events.

  •  Major Challenges 
  • Training of self and the team.
  • Hiring the right candidates.
  • Smooth onboarding to help settle employees well in BFL.
  • Smooth onboarding of new dealers/partners with BFL.
  • Retention of on-roll and off-roll staff.

  •  Decisions 
  • Hiring of on-roll and off-roll staff.
  • Approvals by coordinating with internal stakeholders, e.g., clearing cases.
  • Lead allocation.
  • Field activity planning and closure.

  •  Interactions   Internal Clients: 
  • Connect with various internal departments, such as product, credit, operations, RCS, and compliance to process files.
  • Connect with HR department for hiring and retention.
  •  External Clients: 
  • Engage with customers.
  • Map market competition.

  •  Dimensions   Financial Dimensions: 
  • Manage 200 to 250 cases per month (depending on location and market potential).

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
     Skills and Knowledge 
  • Graduate or Post Graduate qualifications.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in team management.
  • Result-oriented with a go-getter attitude.
  • Collaborative work style to engage with peers and colleagues across the company.
  • Excellent team management and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command over communication skills.
  • Highly ambitious and self-motivated.
