 Deputy Area Manager - Business Loans - Indirect 
 Job Purpose 
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management. This role requires working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • All system enhancement, design, development, testing, and roll out with the help of various stakeholders (COE, IT, Ops, etc.).
  • Delivery of volume from service channels such as cashier and call center service.
  • Delivery of volume from new identified channels like digital and CIBIL watch.
  • Daily system/process support to the sales team.
  • Daily business MIS preparation and roll out.
  • Monthly incentive calculation and roll out.
  • Contest calculation and roll out.
  • Liaise with HR team for activities like R&R, Auto Promotion, IJP roll out, annual and mid-year PMs closure, etc.
  • Track and manage on roll & off roll headcount and productivity.
  • Liaise with Risk team for offer generation and policy changes.
  • Conduct classroom training & training over calls for new enhancements or changes in products/processes.
  • Allocate monthly offer base to sales/call center team.
  • Conduct various business meets such as ZSM/RSM meet and contest-based trips.
  • Manage portfolio metricsensure collection of early delinquent cases and tracking of EWS location management.
  • Manage various vendorsensure timely onboarding and calculation of payouts.
  • Monthly inputs for SMT reporting and deck preparation.
  • Annual inputs for LRS & AOP deck preparation.

  • Major system issues and TAT for resolution.

  • Roll out of new system enhancements and customer communication across various channels.
