Job Description

Deputy Area Manager - Business Loans - DMS
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management. This role requires working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment and establishing and maintaining professional networks with subject matter experts. The role requires tracking and maintaining business profitability by ensuring all metrics are controlled to achieve business targets. Duties and Responsibilities
Principal Accountabilities

All system enhancement, design, development, testing, and rollout with the help of various stakeholders (COE, IT, Ops, etc.).

Delivery of volume from service channelscashier & call center service.

Delivery of volume from newly identified channels like digital, CIBIL watch.

Daily system/process support to sales team.

Daily business MIS preparation and rollout.

Monthly incentive calculation and rollout.

Contest calculation and rollout.

Liaise with HR team for activities such as R&R, Auto Promotion, IJP rollout, annual and mid-year PMs closure, etc.

Track and manage on-roll & off-roll headcount and productivity.

Liaise with Risk team for offer generation, policy changes, etc.

Classroom training & training over calls for new enhancements or changes in products/processes.

Allocation of monthly offer base to sales/call center team.

Conducting various business meets such as ZSM/RSM meets/contest-based trips.

Managing portfolio metricsensuring collection of early delinquent cases and tracking EWS location management.

Managing various vendorsensuring timely onboarding, calculation of payouts, etc.

Monthly inputs for SMT reporting and deck preparation.

Annual inputs for LRS & AOP deck preparation.

Major Challenges

Major system issues and TAT for resolution.

Frequent system changes.

Rollout of new system enhancements/customer communications across various channels.

Interact with various internal departments such as COE, Sales, Marketing, Credit, Ops, RCU, Collections & Compliance.

Connect with HR department for various activities.

External Clients

Mapping of market competition and practices.

Meetings with external vendors along with IT.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Skills and Knowledge

Graduate / Post Graduate qualifications.

Good command of the Microsoft Office suite.

3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Collaborative work style to engage with peers and colleagues across the company.

Excellent team management and interpersonal skills.
