Job Description

Deputy Area Manager - Business Loans - DMS
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management. This role requires working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment and establishing and maintaining professional networks with subject matter experts. The role requires tracking and maintaining business profitability by ensuring all metrics are in control to achieve business targets. Duties and Responsibilities
Principal Accountabilities

Manage system enhancement, design, development, testing, and rollout with various stakeholders (COE, IT, Ops, etc.).

Ensure delivery of volume from service channels such as cashier and call center service.

Drive volume from new identified channels like digital and CIBIL watch.

Provide daily system and process support to the sales team.

Prepare and rollout daily business MIS.

Calculate and rollout monthly incentives.

Calculate and rollout contest outcomes.

Liaise with the HR team for activities such as R&R, Auto Promotion, IJP rollout, and annual/mid-year PM closures.

Track and manage on-roll and off-roll headcount and productivity.

Liaise with the Risk team for offer generation and policy changes.

Conduct classroom training and training over calls for new enhancements or product/process changes.

Allocate monthly offer base to sales and call center teams.

Conduct various business meets such as ZSM/RSM meets and contest-based trips.

Manage portfolio metrics, including collection of early delinquent cases and tracking of EWS location management.

Manage various vendors, ensuring timely onboarding and payout calculation.

Provide monthly inputs for SMT reporting and deck preparation.

Provide annual inputs for LRS and AOP deck preparation.

Major Challenges

Addressing major system issues and turnaround time (TAT) for resolution.

Managing frequent system changes.

Rolling out new system enhancements and customer communications across various channels.

Collaborate with various internal departments such as COE, Sales, Marketing, Credit, Ops, RCU, Collections, and Compliance.

Coordinate with the HR department for various activities.

External Clients:

Map market competition and practices.

Meet with external vendors along with IT.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Skills and Knowledge

Educational Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate

Good command of Microsoft Office suite

3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Result oriented – Go-getter attitude is a must

Collaborative work style to engage with peers and colleagues across the company

Excellent team management and interpersonal skills

Excellent command over communication skills

Highly ambitious and self-motivated
