Depot Manager

You have the opportunity to join as a Depot Manager for Finished Goods in the Pharmaceutical Distribution industry in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Your role involves overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing logistics and distribution, leading a team, and handling systems and reporting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee end-to-end operations of the Finished Goods depot, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products. - Implement and maintain FIFO/FEFO practices to ensure inventory integrity. - Manage batch tracking, expiry control, returns, and damage handling. - Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical verification. - Ensure operations comply with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, GMP, and GDP requirements. - Maintain up-to-date statutory licenses and ensure accurate documentation. - Monitor complete and accurate documentation including invoices, GRNs, challans, and temperature logs. - Coordinate with transport partners to ensure on-time dispatch of finished goods. - Oversee reverse logistics and optimize route planning and delivery schedules. - Ensure resolution of issues related to returns and transit discrepancies. - Lead a team of warehouse staff, loaders, and contract labor. - Train and guide the team on SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance standards. - Facilitate smooth coordination with internal sales teams, CFA partners, and regional offices. - Operate and maintain data on ERP platforms. - Generate accurate and timely MIS reports on inventory, dispatches, and depot performance. **Qualification Required:** - Education: Graduate in Commerce or Science. D. Pharm/B. Pharm preferred. - Experience: 8-15 years of experience in finished goods warehouse or depot operations in the pharmaceutical industry. - Skills: Proficiency in inventory systems, compliance protocols, team management, and logistics coordination. - Soft Skills: Strong leadership, attention to detail, documentation discipline, and cross-functional coordination abilities.,
