Job Description

Depot Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee

    day-to-day depot and warehouse operations

  • Ensure proper

    storage, handling, and dispatch

    of pharmaceutical products as per guidelines
  • Monitor

    inventory levels, stock movement, batch tracking, and expiry management

  • Ensure strict compliance with

    GMP, GDP, regulatory standards, and company SOPs

  • Coordinate with

    transporters, distributors, logistics partners, and sales teams

  • Maintain accurate records of

    inward, outward, stock reconciliation, and documentation

  • Prepare and manage documentation for

    audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements

  • Manage and supervise

    depot staff

    , ensuring productivity, discipline, and operational efficiency
  • Identify process improvements to enhance

    warehouse efficiency and turnaround time

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum

    5+ years of experience

    as a

    Depot Manager / Warehouse Manager

    in the

    pharmaceutical industry

  • Strong knowledge of

    pharma warehousing, inventory management, and logistics operations

  • Thorough understanding of

    GMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance

  • Experience handling

    audits and regulatory inspections

  • Proficiency in

    ERP systems, inventory management software, and MS Excel

  • Strong

    leadership, team management, and coordination skills

  • Excellent

    problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities
