Job Description

Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including

    General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Prepare and review

    monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  • Handle

    GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and statutory compliances

  • Ensure timely filing of

    statutory returns and regulatory documentation

  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for

    statutory and internal audits

  • Perform

    bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations

  • Ensure compliance with

    accounting standards, company policies, and financial controls

  • Assist in

    budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis

  • Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation
  • Support management with financial insights and audit queries

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum

    5+ years of experience

    in accounting and finance
  • Strong knowledge of

    GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, and audits

  • Hands-on experience with

    Tally, ERP systems, and accounting software

  • Proficiency in

    financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance management

  • Strong

    analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • High attention to detail with the ability to meet

    tight deadlines

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
