Depot Manager

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely supplies of the right quality and quantity to maintain Marketing Profitability. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating with internal and external customers to meet the full demand and optimizing inventory levels at the Depot. It is essential to uphold the Depot's upkeep, conduct preventive maintenance of plant and equipment, and prevent disruptions in operations due to equipment failures. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with Vadinar for day-to-day stock transfer requirements - Maintain optimal inventory levels at the Depot - Coordinate with Transporters to ensure placement of quality Tanker Trucks (TTs) as per projected requirements - Monitor fleet performance for optimal utilization - Brand TTs, provide training to TT crew, and oversee stock accounting and control - Ensure 100% statutory compliance with Factory Act, legal metrology, PCB regulations, and explosives regulations - Execute indents in a timely manner to meet Sales Team demands - Conduct quality and quantity checks before dispatching loads - Maintain error-free density in invoices and follow quality control procedures - Ensure safety of operations by training TT crew, complying with safety norms, and providing proper personal protective equipment - Coordinate with Transporters for fleet requirements, stock transfers, and resolving IT/SAP issues - Work closely with the Sales Team for timely execution of indents - Perform regular preventive maintenance of equipment, housekeeping, monitoring stock loss, error-free invoicing, budgetary control, and timely renewal of statutory licenses Qualification Required: - Engineering Graduate with a strong technical background - Ability to ensure operational efficiency in supply chain management Additional Company Details: N/A,
