Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dental Voice Process Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Dental Voice Process Specialist will be responsible for handling dental-related inquiries and support via phone, assisting with scheduling, patient communication, and addressing questions related to dental care. The role also includes coordinating with dental teams, managing records, and ensuring excellent patient service while adhering to regulatory compliance and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge in Dental Care and Dentistry
  • Understanding of Oral Surgery procedures and protocols
  • Experience in Medicine and medical terminology
  • Familiarity with Orthodontics and related treatments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications and qualifications in the dental field are a plus
  • Proficiency in using dental practice management software
