Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Dental Voice Process Specialist. The responsibilities include assisting dental professionals with queries, handling patient-related concerns, and providing accurate information regarding dental care processes and treatments. The role also involves maintaining effective communication, ensuring customer satisfaction, and staying up to date with developments in dental practices and procedures to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of dental care and dentistry practices
• Basic knowledge of oral surgery and medicine
• Familiarity with orthodontics and related dental procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Experience in customer service or voice process roles is a plus
• Proficiency in English and other relevant languages is preferred
