Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dental Voice Process professional located in Ahmedabad. The role involves interacting with dental care providers and clients, assisting with inquiries related to dental billing, procedures, and claims. Responsibilities include managing calls related to dental processes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires collaboration with team members to address and resolve client queries effectively while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and expertise in Dental Care, Dentistry, and Orthodontics
• Understanding of Oral Surgery and Medicine processes and terms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle client queries efficiently and professionally
• Experience in a dental voice process or healthcare-related customer support is a plus
• Flexibility to work on-site and align with the team’s operational hours
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, dental sciences, or a related field preferred
