Role profile:
1. Enterprise-Wide Planning and Cross-Functional Alignment
Orchestrate cross-functional teaming to unlock business value and break execution barriers due to functional silos
Institutionalize metrics and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making and drive higher accountability across stakeholders
Identify and flag deviations from the concept-to-shelf calendar that may affect timelines, costs, or planning efficiency.
2. Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects
Identify and drive special projects that unlock growth or operational excellence.
IL1: Expand idea pool by identifying transformation levers.
IL2: Lead cross-functional buy-in and solution design. IL3: Implement initiatives and monitor performance.
IL4: Institutionalize successful initiatives for sustained value creation. Facilitate workshops, sprints, and milestone reviews to track initiative progress and ensure timely realization.
3. Scenario Planning and Opportunity/Risk Assessment
Proactively identify and mitigate execution risks related to AOP achievement. Create simulation models/frameworks to assess impact under different business scenarios and guide executive decisions.
4. Annual Operating Plan (AOP) & Target Setting
Act as a key stakeholder in AOP and quarterly target formulation.
Challenge/build on functional assumptions to ensure alignment with broader strategic priorities and enterprise objectives.
5. Demand Planning Leadership
Serve as the central custodian for demand planning across channel region category
Leverage industry trends, historical data, and strategic priorities to guide demand planning frameworks.
6. Markdown Strategy Planning
Design and monitor markdown strategies (mid- and end-season); read and react basis performance with speed and agility
Track option-wise sell-through of seasonal merchandize and suggest actions to drive FPST%, ST% performance
7. Transformation Office & Change Management
Champion the transformation office agenda by embedding new ways of working across teams.
Benchmark competitors and industry best practices to refine operating models.
Drive adoption of new processes, dashboards, and KPIs across functional units.
Partner with functional teams to ensure smooth transition, capability uplift, and sustained change.

Qualifications:
Graduation or Post-graduation from a Tier 1 College.MBA from a Tier 1 B-school preferred.

Experience:
3-5 years in management consulting, retail, e-Commerce, or CPG companies
Experience in strategic roles, CEO office, Chief of Staff preferred
