Job Details

Demand Planning will be responsible for leading end-to-end demand planning, replenishment, and fulfillment processes for Mia and Zoya brands within the Tanishq division. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise, proven supply chain planning experience, and the ability to partner with stakeholders across merchandising, production, and boutiques to ensure 100% demand fulfillment within committed lead times. This role requires driving stock performance optimization, DDP alignment, and process excellence to achieve seamless front-end availability.

Demand Planning & Fulfillment

• Lead

  demand forecasting and fulfillment planning

  for NOOS, BV, fillers, and Solitaire SKUs.
• Oversee same-day offline order release and monitor overdue/overaged offline orders.
• Build and execute

  monthly filler indent projection calendars

  to streamline flows.
• Drive alignment to achieve

  90%+ DDP adherence

  across Mia & Zoya.

Replenishment & Stock Performance

• Establish and govern

  NOOS & BV stock norms

  across boutiques.
• Lead

  SKU universe rationalization

  and buffer stock sign-off.
• Ensure same-day fulfillment of Solitaire indents and conduct quarterly NOOS & BV revisions.
• Reduce % black SKUs in NOOS & BV to

  zero through proactive planning

  .

Stakeholder Engagement & Brand Satisfaction

• Serve as the

  primary point of engagement with brand teams

  (Mia & Zoya).
• Conduct

  weekly reviews, one-on-one discussions, and boutique visits

  for feedback closure.
• Monitor

  budget vs. actual inventory/indent flow

  and close category planning gaps.
• Drive the

  Brand Satisfaction Score to 100%

  by ensuring seamless query resolution and SoP adherence.

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain and expand the

  Demand Planning Knowledge Bank

  and SoPs.
• Champion

  Kaizen initiatives (3 per month)

  and deliver predictive analytics bridge projects.
• Lead

  process mapping, switch schedules, and secondary responsibility allocation

  .
• Participate in BBPM & PCPM workouts, ensuring team upskilling and knowledge transfer.

External Interfaces

• Vendors & VMI partners (stones, replenishment suppliers)
• Boutique teams (Mia & Zoya)

Internal Interfaces

• Merchandising & Brand Teams

Work Experience

Work Experience / Job Requirements

Education

• BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline or
• Graduate/Postgraduate in

  Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management

  (XLRI, NITIE, IIM preferred).

Relevant Experience

• 6–10 years of experience

  in supply chain/demand planning, preferably in retail, jewelry, or luxury.
• Proven experience in

  inventory optimization, replenishment planning, and DDP alignment

  .
• Track record of

  leading cross-functional projects

  and delivering measurable results in availability metrics.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving and decision-making capability.
• Continuous improvement mindset, with a bias for action and delivery.

Knowledge & Technical Skills

• Proficiency in

  Power BI, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle preferred)

  (Offline Age, % Black SKUs, DDP%).
• Skilled in

  process mapping, Kaizen, and predictive analytics tools
