Job Description

Outcome to drive ● Improvement in Retail and E-comm serviceability metrices i.e Stock availability, Order fulfillment etc Via timely revision and development on SS/Min/Max qty levels to ensure desired stock availability and hassle-free procurement of SKUs ● Reduction in search or demand loss against orders via development in forecasting and ordering parameters ● Work closely with data science team for forecasting model development and with Consumer/Product team for serviceability metrices improvement. ● Work closely with Procurement and Warehouse/Store Ops team for OTIF improvement and to ensure smooth movement of stocks. ● Overall Inventory optimization considering warehouse and stores capacity, business working capital/Top line /bottom line Nos. Deliverables: ● Stock Availability ● Order fulfillment (OTIF) ● Inventory DOH ● Development of demand planning metrices What you will do everyday: ● Maintain desired stock Availability, OTIF and Inventory norms. ● Develop metrices to improve order fulfillment and forecast accuracy. ● Share Ideas to increase serviceability and process improvements. Skills/Experience/Competencies you need to do the job: ● B.Tech/MBA with 2-3 years of experience preferably in Ecomm/pharma retail domain ● Knowledge of demand planning metrices & forecasting models ● Strong Analytical and Communication skills ● Strong Excel skills
