About the role

We are looking for a results-driven Demand Manager who can create, manage, and scale demand in the assigned market. The role focuses on driving occupancy/volume, improving revenue, and building strong relationships with partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

Own and drive demand generation for the assigned area/cluster.
Plan and execute local strategies to improve occupancy, revenue, and market share.
Work closely with the supply, sales, and operations teams to ensure availability and smooth execution
Analyse demand trends, city-level data, and competitor activity to take timely action
Identify gaps in supply and support expansion plans accordingly
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
Track performance metrics and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
Resolve partner or customer escalations and ensure quick closure
Support promotional campaigns and pricing strategies

Required skills & experience

1-5 years of experience in demand planning, business development, or revenue/demand roles
Experience in hospitality, travel, FMCG, retail, or e-commerce is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good negotiation and relationship management abilities
Comfortable working with data, reports, and dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
