Position Overview

B2B / Dealer Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Dealer Acquisition & Channel Development

  • Identify, onboard, and develop new dealers and channel partners in assigned territories.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
  • Conduct market visits to tap new business opportunities and expand coverage.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
  • Drive sales of Gallant Sports products such as

    artificial turf, sports flooring, PP tiles, SES tiles, vinyl flooring, stadium seating, and sports infra accessories

    .
  • Generate demand through channel partners and ensure conversions.

3. Dealer Management

  • Train dealers on product portfolio, pricing, technical specifications, and installation requirements.
  • Ensure proper product positioning, branding, and visibility at dealer outlets.
  • Handle dealer queries, complaints, and support requests promptly.

4. Business Operations

  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and deal closures within approved guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Finance) for smooth order execution and payment collection.
  • Maintain updated MIS reports, sales funnel, and visit reports.

5. Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor activities, pricing, product trends, and customer preferences.
  • Provide inputs to management on market potential and expansion strategy.
  • Identify opportunities in schools, colleges, builders, sports academies, and contractors.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of

    B2B or dealer/channel sales

    (mandatory).
  • Good understanding of construction materials / sports infrastructure products (preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined.

Experience & Qualification

  • Experience:

    24 years in B2B / Channel Sales / Dealer Sales.
  • Industry Preference:

    Sports infrastructure, construction, building materials, interiors, flooring, or related sectors.
