About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Delphi Developer to join our growing team in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining desktop applications using Delphi and related technologies. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with legacy systems while also contributing to modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Delphi (Object Pascal)
Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
Work on system enhancements, bug fixes, and performance tuning
Maintain code quality through best practices including documentation, testing, and code reviews
Interface with relational databases (Firebird, Oracle, MSSQL) and integrate third-party APIs
Participate in the migration of legacy Delphi applications to modern platforms as required

Required Skills:

3+ years of hands-on experience in Delphi (preferably XE series and above)
Strong knowledge of Object Pascal, VCL framework, and desktop application
Experience with FireDAC, ADO, or other Delphi database access components
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with RDBMS like Firebird, MSSQL, or Oracle
Experience working with Git or SVN for version control
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Good communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Skills:

Experience with FMX for cross-platform development
Knowledge of .NET, C#, or modernization frameworks
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
