Delphi Developer

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using Delphi. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software applications. - Working closely with project managers to ensure project timelines and milestones are met. - Analyzing system requirements and developing software solutions that meet business needs. - Writing clear, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Conducting code reviews and providing feedback to other team members. - Estimating the time required to complete development tasks and reporting progress to the project manager. - Helping mentor junior developers and providing technical guidance to the team. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5-6 years of experience in software development, specifically with Delphi. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Experience working in an Agile development environment. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Experience with SQL Server is a plus.
