About the Role We are looking for a Delphi Developer to deliver high-quality software solutions using Delphi and related technologies. The role involves full-stack development responsibilities, contributing to the enhancement and maintenance of our existing systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals and ensure timely and efficient delivery of project milestones. Key Position Responsibilities Include: Deliver solutions through Delphi programming and associated development tasks. Understand application-wide requirements and contribute accordingly. Translate requirements into functional, maintainable code. Ensure technical solutions meet both functional and strategic requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Participate in solution brainstorming, sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives. Work effectively with distributed teams across various locations. Works independently with minimal supervision. Develops clean, reusable, and low-defect solutions within estimated timeframes. Ensures code is structured and easy for team members to understand. Required Skills: 3 years of experience in software development with significant hands-on Delphi experience. Experience in the Window industry is a plus. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies preferred. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent industry experience. Strong expertise in Delphi development. Familiarity with .NET is a plus. Proficient in working with SQL databases (SQL Server/Oracle). Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and source control systems. Familiarity with IDEs, debugging tools, and performance monitoring tools. Understanding of user interface design principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
