Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Developer to join our dynamic team as a Technical Team Lead. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce.com and demonstrate a strong ability to lead technical projects, mentor team members, and drive innovative solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, development best practices, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, recommending enhancements to existing systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration with third-party applications.
• Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Workbench, and Change Sets.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and best practices for data management.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and make architectural decisions that align with business goals.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with other platforms using middleware solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful Salesforce project implementations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
