Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager at Tradelab Technologies, you will play a crucial role in leading the successful implementation and delivery of mission-critical trading technology solutions to enterprise clients in the Fin-tech and capital markets industry. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the complete delivery life-cycle, from project planning to post-deployment support, ensuring timely and high-quality deployment of trading terminals, order-management systems (OMS), risk-management systems (RMS), and wallet solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end delivery of product implementations including trading terminals, OMS, RMS, exchange connectivity platforms, and crypto wallet solutions - Leading cross-functional delivery teams to execute complex deployment projects - Defining project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders - Serving as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients during implementation - Coordinating technical integration activities with client IT teams, exchanges, and third-party vendors - Overseeing UAT planning and execution, ensuring comprehensive testing of trading workflows, risk controls, and compliance requirements - Monitoring project health through KPIs and metrics, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks and risks - Managing change requests and scope variations while maintaining project profitability and client satisfaction - Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery processes and methodologies - Ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements during system deployments - Facilitating knowledge transfer and training sessions for client teams post-deployment To be successful in this role, you should have 6-10 years of experience in project/delivery management, with prior experience in the Fin-tech or Capital Markets industry. You should possess a strong understanding of trading systems architecture, order management, risk management, and exchange connectivity. Additionally, expertise in agile and waterfall project management methodologies, along with relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe), is preferred. Excellent stakeholder management skills, technical acumen, and proficiency with project management tools are also essential.
