Delivery Manager

In this role you will successfully deliver projects across Cloud, Security, Data, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform. What will I be doing? Facilitating Scrum events, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. Coaching the development team in Agile practices and Scrum framework. Ensuring the Scrum team follows the agreed-upon processes and practices. Removing impediments or obstacles that hinder the team's progress, allowing them to focus on their tasks. Facilitating communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders. Helping the Product Owner prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the most valuable items are worked on first. Tracking team performance and metrics Identifying and mitigating project risks and obstacles. Implementing and improving delivery processes and methodologies What will I bring to the role? Demonstrable experience delivering projects end-to-end in a similar role Leadership skills - lead a project end to end Ideally experience in delivering cloud, data, security, or power platform projects Agile certification and/or experience Excellent customer service skills and ability to develop and build relationships with customers Self-motivated with an ability to work effectively under pressure Confident communicator Commercial awareness Eligibility to go through the Security Clearance process What is needed to do the role?
