Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8-10 years of experience to lead our delivery team as a Delivery Leader L1. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivery management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the delivery of projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
Develop and implement effective delivery strategies and plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
Monitor and control project expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Analyze project performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in delivery management with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
Mandatory Skills: Delivery Management.
