Job Description

End-to-End Delivery Management:
Lead the planning and execution of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations and business objectives.
Healthcare Compliance:
Ensure all implementations adhere to stringent healthcare industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA.
Solution Architecture & Design:
Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions tailored to specific healthcare needs (e.g., patient management, care coordination, EHR integration).
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Guide, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as a key liaison between clients, C-level stakeholders, and technical teams, managing expectations, communicating progress, and resolving escalations.
Technical Oversight:
Provide expertise on the Salesforce platform and ensure best practices are followed for Apex, LWC, integrations (e.g., MuleSoft), and data migration.
Quality Assurance & Improvement:
Enforce quality standards, conduct reviews, manage project risks, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
