Job Summary:

The Delivery Leader L1 is responsible for end-to-end delivery management across multiple projects or accounts, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and within-budget outcomes. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, maintaining client relationships, and driving operational excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
• Oversee project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure service quality and performance.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Drive delivery governance, compliance, and process adherence (Agile/DevOps/ITIL frameworks).
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and cost optimization.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues.
• Mentor and guide project managers and technical teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Track delivery metrics (SLAs, KPIs) and ensure continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support presales and solutioning teams in developing proposals and client pitches when needed.
