About The Role
Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive to
Delivery Management Lead and manage the delivery of multiple projects/programs across geographies or business units, ensuring timely, quality, and cost-effective execution. AI-Enabled Program Oversight: Drive the use of AI models, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and generative AI to enhance delivery speed, quality, and decision-making. Collaborate with AI/ML teams to ensure solution feasibility, deployment readiness, and business impact realization. Client Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on delivery matters. Build strong client relationships, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project managers, tech leads, and other delivery staff. Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Governance & Reporting Define and enforce delivery governance frameworks. Track key delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, quality, defect leakage, SLA adherence) and provide regular updates to leadership. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and issues in delivery. Lead mitigation strategies and communicate impacts effectively to internal and external stakeholders. Process Excellence: Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, and other delivery best practices. Continuously improve delivery efficiency, quality, and responsiveness. Financial Oversight Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability of delivery engagements. Ensure resource optimization and cost control. Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Pre-sales, Practice, HR, and Finance teams to support growth, staffing, and operational alignment.
Our Ideal Candidate
They will have 15-20 years of experience with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales. A Bachelors degree is required; MBA is strongly preferred. This person is motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction. They use their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus 3-5 years in a leadership or executive delivery role Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale technology programs or portfolios Excellent client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills Deep understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) Strong knowledge of SDLC, quality frameworks, and IT operations Ability to manage geographically distributed teams Experience in AI Nice to Have:
PMP / SAFe / ITIL or similar certifications Experience in cloud migration, digital transformation, or product implementation Prior experience working in a global delivery model (onsite-offshore)
