Job Description

Job Description: As a Director at Capgemini, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the delivery of multiple projects/programs across different geographies or business units. You will ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective execution of projects. Additionally, you will drive the use of AI models, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and generative AI to enhance delivery speed, quality, and decision-making. Your role will involve collaborating with AI/ML teams to ensure solution feasibility, deployment readiness, and business impact realization. You will also serve as the main point of contact for clients on delivery matters, build strong client relationships, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Leading and mentoring project managers, tech leads, and other delivery staff to foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the delivery of multiple projects/programs across geographies or business units. - Drive the use of AI models, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and generative AI to enhance delivery speed, quality, and decision-making. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on delivery matters. - Lead and mentor project managers, tech leads, and other delivery staff. - Define and enforce delivery governance frameworks. - Proactively identify risks and issues in delivery. - Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, and other delivery best practices. - Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability of delivery engagements. - Work closely with Sales, Pre-sales, Practice, HR, and Finance teams to support growth, staffing, and operational alignment. Qualifications Required: - 15-20 years of experience with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is strongly preferred. - 3-5 years in a leadership or executive delivery role. - Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale technology programs or portfolios. - Excellent client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills. - Deep understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid). - Strong knowledge of SDLC, quality frameworks, and IT operations. - Ability to manage geographically distributed teams. - Experience in AI is preferred.,
