Delivery Leader

You should have 8-10 years of experience in a delivery role catering to both Indian and international customers. Your expertise should lie in custom project/product delivery, starting from conceptualization to deployment. It is crucial that you are capable of taking extreme ownership with a strong focus on customer empathy. Proficiency in data-driven engagements and exceptional client relationship management skills are essential. You should be skilled in cultivating and expanding partnerships. Your track record should demonstrate successful delivery of end-to-end projects/products, understanding the nuances from requirements to go-live. Additionally, you should possess strong people development and people management skills. A deep understanding of technology advancements and the ability to align applications within the client's line of business are expected. You should have experience in growing (recruitment), grooming (internal talent), and deploying engineering teams effectively. Proficiency in AI and ML domains would be considered a bonus. The educational qualification required for this role is an Engineering degree or equivalent. The preferred location for this position is Pune, with at least three days per week to be spent in the office.
