Delivery Leader - Alternate Investments
This role presents a unique opportunity to lead the Alternate Investments Business Unit at Wipro Technologies, a global leader in digital transformation. As the Delivery Leader, you will oversee the entire service delivery process, managing intricate portfolios and ensuring excellence across multiple sectors such as Private Equity, Treasury, and Fund Accounting. Your leadership will drive operational success and innovation, positioning Wipro as a trustworthy partner for our clients in the financial services landscape. In this capacity, you will engage with stakeholders at all levels, championing client-focused initiatives while nurturing a high-performance culture within a diverse team of approximately 2,000 talented professionals. Your strategic vision will not only encompass revenue generation but also address the evolving demands of our clients in a fast-paced market. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Shape and direct the strategic vision for the delivery unit, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goals. Service Delivery Management: Ensure optimal delivery across the business verticals, implementing effective KPIs to measure success and instill a culture of continuous improvement. Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Act as the face of Wipro to clients, facilitating smooth communication and addressing any challenges proactively to ensure satisfaction and retention. Team Leadership and Development: Inspire and mentor your team, promoting a culture of inclusivity and professional growth through active coaching and talent development initiatives. Financial and Revenue Management: Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability by optimizing resource allocation and client engagement strategies. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability across all initiatives.
Required Experience and Qualifications Over 15 years of accomplished experience in financial services or alternate investments, with a minimum of 5 years in senior managerial roles. Demonstrated expertise in overseeing large-scale teams and managing multifaceted client accounts within the financial domain. Possess strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills that are critical for effective decision-making. Exceptional communication abilities, with a proven aptitude for client relationship management. Experience handling significant revenue responsibilities, effectively driving financial performance metrics. Capacity to excel in a vibrant, evolving work environment, embracing challenges with resilience and innovation.
