Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile

Position: Delivery Manager US Engineering requirements

Preferably worked with

Handling a team of 2 to 5 recruiters
Interacting with client on daily bases.
Must have experience working on Automobile/Aerospace/ Semiconductor Industries.
Keep a track of requirements distributed and get the output from the team on a timely basis.
Have daily, weekly, monthly calls with the team to achieve given team targets
Down the line also handle clients in term of account management & client interaction to achieve deadlines
Validate profiles sent by team and forward to the client accordingly
Follow ups with client in terms of interview schedules, selections and rejection (along with reason for rejection) & arrange backup profiles accordingly
Excellent communication skills
Ready to work in a pressure driven environment

Location - Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Baroda
