Experience in W2. Must have Sound knowledge and working experience on Non IT/Business Professional/Light Industry etc concepts. Well versed with Visa Status and should have worked with USC, GC. Authorizations, and adequate experience with US Tax terms. Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential candidates by identifying prospects through direct sourcing, web sourcing, networking, social media, user groups, research, referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of W2 hiring and experience working in the MSP/VMS model . The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in non-IT roles across various industries. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit W2 candidates for Non-IT roles in the US market. Work on VMS/MSP-based hiring and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and other sourcing methods to identify candidates. Conduct initial screening calls to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Negotiate salaries and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process. Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS). Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality talent. Ensure compliance with US labor laws and hiring policies. Key Requirements: Experience: 15 years in US Staffing (Non-IT recruitment) with W2 hiring . Knowledge of MSP/VMS tools such as Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, or other VMS platforms is preferred. Strong experience in US job portals like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder. Excellent understanding of US work authorization types Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
