Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle-sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Drive performance metrics- submission to interview ratio, TAT, offer-dropout ratio, etc. Conduct regular training and mentoring for junior recruiters to build a strong pipeline. Maintain and update candidate data in ATS or internal tracking tools. Provide weekly dashboards and hiring status reports to leadership and clients. Ensure strong candidate experience and client satisfaction. Required Skills: 6+ years of domestic recruitment experience with at least 4+ years in a team leading or senior role. Proven track record of hiring for system integrators or IT services clients. Strong understanding of technologies, job roles, and hiring practices in the Indian IT landscape. Ability to manage multiple open positions and deliver under tight deadlines. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills. Proficiency in sourcing via job portals (Naukri, Monster), LinkedIn, internal database, and referrals. Experience working with ATS or CRM tools (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Taleo). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Exposure to hiring for both permanent and contract staffing models.
