Job Description

  • The

    Delivery Lead Manager

    will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of digital campaigns, from onboarding and setup to optimisation, reporting, and client handoff. You will lead a delivery team, coordinate with sales, account management, and tech teams, and ensure campaigns meet KPIs, timelines, and quality benchmarks.


Campaign & Delivery Management

  • Oversee

    end-to-end campaign delivery

    across performance, programmatic, and social platforms.
  • Manage campaign setup, pacing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Ensure campaigns meet

    agreed KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROI, etc.)

    and SLAs.
  • Act as escalation point for delivery issues and proactively resolve client concerns.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with

    Account Managers & Sales Teams

    to align delivery with client expectations.
  • Communicate

    campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations

    to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key publishers, DSPs, and platform partners.

Team Leadership & Process Excellence

  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of delivery specialists/associates.
  • Implement

    best practices, SOPs, and QA processes

    for error-free execution.
  • Monitor workloads, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure timely delivery.

Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Build and maintain campaign dashboards with tools like

    Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, PowerBI, Tableau, or Excel

    .
  • Analyze campaign data to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  • Work with BI/Data teams to enhance automation and reporting frameworks.




Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of

    digital advertising ecosystem

    (Programmatic, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing).
  • Hands-on experience with

    ad serving platforms, DSPs, affiliate tracking tools, attribution platforms

    .
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data & optimize performance.
  • Excellent

    project management, communication, and stakeholder management

    skills.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.




Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in

    digital campaign delivery, media operations, or performance marketing

    .
  • Prior experience in

    ad networks, or ad-tech firms

    strongly preferred.
