Job Description

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 5 years in delivery and project management for Insurance customers. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in leading agile teams. Experience in managing AMS engagements with SLAs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members. Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and timeline constraints. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and project managers in delivering agile IT services tailored to the Banking and Insurance domain. Develop and execute a strategic vision for growth of the program. Project Management: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet client specifications, timelines, and budget constraints. Utilize agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to manage project lifecycles and adapt to changing requirements. Manage support engagements with SLA driven fixed bid model Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients serving as the primary point of contact for project-related matters. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on project objectives. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain best practices in quality assurance and testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services. Monitor project outcomes and client satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Collaboration: Work closely with customer, competency leads and market leaders for seamless integration of services and alignment with client needs. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to promote understanding and collaboration. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery, team performance, and client satisfaction. Analyze project outcomes and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
