Delivery Head

Location: Chennai/Mumbai/Pune

About the role

You're responsible for end-to-end delivery of programs across Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Healthcare clients. Strategic partner to clients and internal teams, driving operational excellence, compliance, and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery performance, client satisfaction, and P&L program for large, complex engagements.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams, PMO activities, risk management, and governance.
• Drive process improvements, quality initiatives, and digital adoption to improve outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development for account expansion.
• Manage resource planning, talent development, and vendor relationships.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum of 20 years’ experience in IT and experience in delivery/operations within Life Sciences/Pharma/Medical Devices/Healthcare services.
• Proven P&L ownership, program/portfolio management experience, and strong stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and delivery best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and commercial acumen.
