Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary delivery leader for assigned enterprise accounts.
• Build strong relationships with client engineering and product leaders.
• Conduct weekly reviews, governance meetings, and delivery health checks.
• Identify risks early and ensure proactive resolution and communication.

2. Delivery Leadership Across Engineering Streams

• Lead simultaneous deliveries across

  DevOps, Microservices, Full-Stack, Automation, and Azure Cloud

  .
• Establish clear delivery plans with milestones, KPIs, SLAs, and sprint governance.
• Ensure engineering best practices, code quality, test automation, and robust DevOps pipelines.
• Own delivery scope, schedule, quality, risk, and change management.

3. Technology Governance (Azure DevOps Preferred)

• Provide technical oversight on Azure architectures, cloud-native patterns, and CI/CD workflows.
• Review solution design, scalability, performance, and deployment architectures.
• Guide teams on containerization, IaC, automation frameworks, and monitoring standards.

4. People & Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams: DevOps, cloud, full-stack, automation, and QA.
• Develop project managers, tech leads, and scrum masters for delivery excellence.
• Drive talent management: hiring, upskilling, certifications, and competency building (Azure DevOps Automation).
• Build a culture grounded in accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

5. Governance, Reporting & PMO Excellence

• Implement structured delivery frameworks tailored for each Nuvento customer.
• Ensure disciplined governance, documentation, dashboards, and RCA processes.
• Standardize delivery reports, scorecards, release metrics, and execution KPIs.

6. Financial & Commercial Accountability

• Manage delivery P&L, utilization, and overall project profitability.
• Track billing, forecasting, staffing, and cost optimization.
• Support contract renewals, extensions, and new SOWs backed by strong delivery outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12 -18 years of proven delivery leadership across multiple engineering programs.
• Strong expertise in

  Azure Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, Automation, and Modern Engineering practices

  .
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale programs and managing 40100+ member teams.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure certifications:

  AZ-900, AZ-400, AZ-305

  (preferred).
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ARM/Bicep, Selenium, Playwright, etc.
• Exposure to cloud migration, modernization, or engineering automation programs.
