Delivery & Client Interaction Manager

Job Overview:

ValueSpectrum Technologies is seeking a proactive and results-driven Delivery & Client Interaction Manager to be stationed at our clients office. The role involves managing end-to-end client coordination, leading internal delivery and recruitment teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of technical and staffing requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background (Java, Cloud, DevOps, SRE, or AI/ML) and experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain. This individual will act as the single point of contact between the client and ValueSpectrum Technologies, ensuring strategic alignment, timely delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary representative of

  ValueSpectrum Technologies

  at the client site.
• Engage directly with client stakeholders to gather, understand, and manage technical and staffing requirements.
  
• Maintain effective communication channels between the client and ValueSpectrums internal delivery, technical, and recruitment teams.
  
• Lead and mentor internal delivery and recruiting teams, ensuring consistent performance, accountability, and delivery excellence.
  
• Manage and track consultant submissions, interviews, offers, and onboarding processes end-to-end.
  
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on requirement status, pipeline health, and delivery metrics.
  
• Collaborate with internal technical teams for

  Java stack-based solutions

  cloud initiatives (AWS or any cloud)

  DevOps

  ,

  SRE

  ,

  AI/ML

  project management

  activities as needed.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with client stakeholders and business units.
  
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the client organization to strengthen ValueSpectrum’s presence.
  
• Proactively resolve delivery challenges or escalations, ensuring a smooth client experience.
  
• Conduct periodic client and leadership review meetings to discuss performance metrics, delivery health, and strategic initiatives.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or BBA in Business Administration (

  MBA preferred

  ).
• 15+ years of overall experience in

  IT recruiting and delivery

  , including at least 5+ years in

  client management

  ,

  delivery coordination

  , or

  account management

  .
• Proven experience in leading and managing

  technical delivery

  or

  recruitment teams

  .
• Strong technical background with hands-on understanding of:
  
• Java stack development and application lifecycle
  
• AWS or any cloud technologies
  
• DevOps and SRE processes
  
• AI/ML technologies and their enterprise applications
  
• Project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
  
• Prior experience working with clients in

  Banking and Financial Services

  domains.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently while ensuring alignment with both client and internal teams.
  
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/tracking tools
