Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize WebFocus reports and dashboards for various business functions Support BI initiatives through effective data extraction, transformation, and visualization using Tableau , Power BI , and Alteryx Collaborate with business units to understand reporting needs and translate them into functional BI solutions Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve data from relational databases Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with enterprise reporting standards Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data sets to support decision-making Document processes, data definitions, and reporting logic for ongoing reference and governance Work in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to iterative BI development cycles Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst or similar role Strong hands-on experience with WebFocus (report development, dashboarding, and InfoAssist) Solid knowledge of SQL for querying and data manipulation Experience with Tableau , Alteryx , and/or Power BI for data visualization and workflow automation Understanding of data modeling, data governance, and report validation practices Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the banking or financial services industry Familiarity with data warehouses and enterprise data platforms Basic knowledge of ETL processes and performance optimization techniques Exposure to cloud BI environments (AWS, Azure) Skills Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
