Key Responsibilities:

Handle
collections
for Consumer Durable Loan customers in assigned territories.
Achieve monthly
collection efficiency and recovery targets
.
Manage and monitor
field collection agencies
for effective performance.
Identify and execute
cross-sell / up-sell opportunities
(personal loans, top-ups, insurance, etc.).
Ensure all collection activities comply with
bank and regulatory guidelines
.
Maintain
MIS reports
and track delinquency trends.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate / Postgraduate with
5–10 years of experience
in collections or recovery (preferably in
Consumer Durable / Retail Loans
).
