Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dean located in Kolhapur. The Dean will be responsible for overseeing academic programs, managing faculty and administrative staff, and ensuring the quality of education. Responsibilities include developing and implementing academic policies, budgeting, strategic planning, and fostering a collaborative learning environment. The Dean will also engage with the academic community and represent the institution at various events and forums.

Qualifications

• Educational Leadership and Academic Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing academic policies
• Strong communication, budgeting, and strategic planning skills
• Ability to manage faculty and administrative staff effectively
• Ph.D. or equivalent in a relevant field
• Proven track record of fostering a collaborative and innovative educational environment
• Experience in representing an institution at academic events and forums
